Gahhh!!! Mary Suess....

Lee struggled to pull himself away from the mob that was practically dragging him off the bus, it almost felt as if his feet were off the ground. The moment they were all out, Lee managed to pull out but unfortunately fall down to the ground again. Two unfabolous moments for Lee on his first day in this God-forsaken planet, and dirtying his brand new 11 hundred dollar D&G jacket too. If he had to go through another head over heels experience again, he swore he'd contact Miles to send over a handful of bodyguards to make sure Lee wouldn't have to brush a shoulder off any other individual ever again. Everyone passed by unnoticing him, no one bothering to even help him up. Whatever happened to random acts of kindness?

He got up to his feet and brushed off the dirt in his clothes, then looked around to see where that crazy cat-eared girl had gone. She was nearing the entrance to the so-called mall with the amazon woman next to her. "Look's like I've quickly been forgotten." He said to himself. A distance away he found the creepy tall-blue guy with the disoriented one Lee remembered seating at the back seat of the bus. The tall one clearly frustrated over the transpired comotion he caused earlier. Lee had no idea what to do next, but seeing that he was here already, he might as well check out what the mall here was like. Before he could begin moving towards the entrance, he noticed the same human-looking boy he saw with a grim-pasted facial expression before stepping off the bus. Lee was curious to know if he was of the same race and eyed him knowingly.

Ryan tried not to stare as Dellion threw her fit and contented herself to watching the numerous alien fauna the bus passed on its way to the mall. Though she had been living in Teh Planet for a while now, she was still not used to the numerous strange species that lived there. It wasn't hard to keep herself preoccupied since she was seated a bit far from the source of commotion but she couldn't help but watch as Scytherus got himself involved. She frowned, failing to notice that he had even boarded the bus. She always got freaked out everytime she saw him. There was just something about the man that was freaking unnatural. No man should be able to move that gracefully. Or have hair that silky smooth. So Scytherus wasn't really human, anyway. More elfin, actually, but that was besides the point. The guy freaked Ryan out but she had to admit, he was kinda cool, especially when he was instructing archery. He looked like he was born with a bow and arrow or something. Ryan almost gt thrown out of her seat as the bus lurched to a screeching halt and she bumped her head painfully on the headrest of the seat in front of her, caught unaware by the sudden movement.

"Ouch," she grimaced, sitting back on the seat as she felt her forehead with one hand and winced as she felt a throbbing pain.

"Just great. That's gonna smart for a bit," she predicted, setting her hand down. She waited impatiently for everyone else to clear out of the bus, knowing full well that if she went out with everyone else, she would get carried away just like Lee had. When it seemed safe enough, she emerged from her aisle, made the short walk to the doors, which closed just as she stepped out of the bus. Obviously, the driver was in a bit of a hurry to leave. She coughed as some of the exhaust reached her nose.

"Cursed fumes," she muttered, starting to make her way to Teh Mall. That was when noticed that someone was watching her. She looked around and spotted the boy who she saw Maria hanging out with earlier. Ryan eyed him warily, standing up to her full height, which was almost a whole foot shorter than him although this didn't seem to bother her.

"What do you want?" she growled. In reality, Lee's stare was kinda creeping her out but she'd never admit it out loud.

"What do you want?" He said.

Lee was taken aback by the rudeness of this tiny stranger, and one thing Lee hated most was rudeness from any stranger; especially from one THAT short compared to him. If Lee was overweight, he could crush the little thing with one simple body slam, but he wouldn't do anything that unfabolous now, would he? Instead, Lee shook a strand of hair from his face and looked at the tiny stranger with an expression that seemed to say Who are YOU to talk like that to me?

Then a thought came to him, this person right in front of him was definitely all human. No elven ears, no strange-colored eyes, no wierd tattoes, no green greasy skin, and with an attitude of a New York-er. Everything was all new to Lee, and he didn't want to face all of it alone, he probably could but who wouldn't take the oppurtunity to converse with the only thing most relatable to you? Amidst all these strange species, this little thing was definitely human.

This stranger was rude all right, and from the looks of his clothing, too blue-collar for Lee, but he could lower his standards for this one stranger. So Lee put on a fake smile. "Sorry, I didn't mean to disrespectfully stare." He tugged at his jacket and reached out. "Anelus Lee, I'm sure we are of the same species."

Ryan's left eyebrow arched as Lee tried to stare him down. But despite their glaring height difference, Ryan refused to be intimidated by this totally random stranger. She assumed that he was either new to Teh University or quite suicidal since she knew she had lately been gaining a rep for being rather... Violent. Probably both, for all she cared. But she was still a bit taken aback when Lee himself didn't back off. In fact, he seemed to be inspecting Ryan, giving her the once-over.

What the hell is this guy's problem?

She decided to ignore the guy. He obviously was one of those spoiled rich kids who she could never get along with and she didn't have the time to show him around Teh Mall, if that's what this guy was looking for since his chaperon a.k.a. Maria had suddenly left him on the lurch. She checked her watch and was relieved to see that she was about 15 minutes early to meet her mother. She was about to head for the massive building when the guy spoke, first apologising and then introducing himself. And... Was that a smile? Or a grimace? Ryan stared at his outstretched hand.

"Uh, yeah. I don't really care who you are. I have things to do. There's an information desk at the lobby if you're lost. And as for your question: no, we're not. I'm part-sea monster. Ta."

Without even giving Lee a second glance, she hurried towards Teh Mall, leaving Lee to fend for himself.

"A sea monster... so they could go in human form?" Lee asked himself, thinking deeply for a moment when it came to him. "Wait a minute! Hey you, I wasn't born yesterday!" He shouted after him.

The little stranger had crossed the line. A complete butt hole spitting out the nastiest crap. Lee was never one to tolerate such an attitude, he clearly couldn't remember anything he could have possibly done to deserve such a retort and he wasn't going to let the stranger get away with it that easily. Instantly, Lee caught up to his pace. "Hey what's your deal anyway?! Have I done anything to offend you so bad you have to act this way towards me?"

The little stranger didn't look at all like he was going to respond to that and was obviously even more annoyed that Lee followed him, but that's ok, if this guy was going to get in his nerves, Lee could do worse.
